  A medium-sized (22 horses) competitive
  equestrian centre seeks a qualified and experienced General Manager.
  
  Prospective candidates should possess the following attributes: High Energy, Self Motivation, Personal Stability and a Mature Attitude to Life, A Passion for Horses and their needs, Ability to Communicate Effectively with both staff and clients, Ability and Willingness to Manage 4.5 hectare property and related maintenance issues
  
  The following Qualifications and/or Experience are required:
  
• Matric
• Certificate plus SANEF Stable Management Certificate, with a minimum of 3 years practical experience in the equine field,
• Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years experience managing an active yard,
• First Aid Certificate,
• Experience in Managing Staff with the related HR knowledge,
• Sound Veterinary Knowledge


Fluency in Xhosa would be a recommendation but not essential.

Competitive remuneration package includes accommodation and basic stabling for one horse.
