Delivery Policy
We at Horse Crazy are committed to quality and believe in a fast reliable service. Once a client has placed an order and it has been processed through our online banking facility, you will receive you're goods between 1 - 2 days. We believe and strive to put our customers first and to deliver as soon as possible. Whenever we encounter a problem with the delivery, we will contact you directly to notify you of the problem. Whenever our client's delivery area is out of range, we will make the necessary arrangement to have it couriered to them. International buyers will have the goods / tack posted to them and they should receive the good between 2 - 3 weeks.

Return / Refund Policy
On receiving of the product ordered, the client may return it in the same condition as they have received it in. We will credit your payment transaction or return your money to you less delivery charge. We will refund you your change when a cheaper product was selected.

All settlements of products bought will be strictly cash. We cannot accept customers to pay on account. We prefer to deal with cash / credit card payment to stop fraud. Whenever a check has been given to us, you will have to wait for 7 to 14 days for the tjek to clear before receiving the goods.
